DIY Balloon Kit Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

This policy applies only to DIY balloon kits. Rentals and custom event services are governed by their separate proposals and agreements.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on DIY kits assembled in your chosen colors.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted only before we begin preparing your kit. Contact us at info@popuppretty.com to request a cancellation.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please inspect your kit when it arrives and contact us promptly at info@popuppretty.com with photos of damaged, incorrect or missing items. We correct confirmed problems with replacement items or an appropriate refund.
