A Family-Owned Dream, Years in the Making

Though Pop Up Pretty officially launched in 2025, this business is rooted in years of passion and hands-on experience. Our founders — Terry & Shelly Gillum and Casey & Jaime Hamm — have spent years planning and designing events that make people feel celebrated.

Shelly is the creative heart behind many of our standout pieces. She specializes in balloon creations and has a gift for taking any photo or inspiration and turning it into reality. She goes above and beyond to make sure every detail reflects your vision — even if it’s not something we’ve done before.

Jaime is the planner behind the scenes — organized, detail-oriented, and always up for a challenge. She loves weddings and thrives on turning complex ideas into seamless, beautiful setups. Together with their husbands, this family-run team blends warmth, experience, and creativity into every event.
