You’ve done the planning — now it’s time to enjoy your event while we handle the details. Our Day-of Coordination package is designed for couples and hosts who want peace of mind knowing every part of their celebration will run smoothly.

What’s Included:

  • One (1) virtual consultation, scheduled at least 30 days before your event
  • One (1) follow-up email after your consultation
  • Vendor list review
  • Confirmation of final vendor details one week before the event
  • Coordination of rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
  • Up to 6 hours of on-site coverage on event day
  • Vendor check-ins, guest flow management, and timeline enforcement
  • Coordination of key transitions, entrances, and announcements
  • Support for traditions, ceremonies, or special activities
  • Wrap-up assistance to ensure vendors complete their duties

Optional Add-On:

Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, or large décor items may be added for an additional fee.

Pricing:

  • $850 for up to 100 guests
  • +$150 for every additional 50 guests (or portion thereof)
