You’ve done the planning — now it’s time to enjoy your event while we handle the details. Our Day-of Coordination package is designed for couples and hosts who want peace of mind knowing every part of their celebration will run smoothly.
What’s Included:
- One (1) virtual consultation, scheduled at least 30 days before your event
- One (1) follow-up email after your consultation
- Vendor list review
- Confirmation of final vendor details one week before the event
- Coordination of rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
- Up to 6 hours of on-site coverage on event day
- Vendor check-ins, guest flow management, and timeline enforcement
- Coordination of key transitions, entrances, and announcements
- Support for traditions, ceremonies, or special activities
- Wrap-up assistance to ensure vendors complete their duties
Optional Add-On:
Setup and teardown of tables, chairs, or large décor items may be added for an additional fee.
Pricing:
- $850 for up to 100 guests
- +$150 for every additional 50 guests (or portion thereof)
