Our Luxury Experience is the ultimate in planning and coordination. From vendor meetings and contract review to custom floor plans, timelines, and seating charts, this package offers complete support from start to finish. With extended onsite hours, expanded communication, and more vendor involvement, the Luxury Experience is designed for large-scale or luxury events where every detail matters.

What You’ll Receive:

Planning & Meetings

• Five (5) in-person consultations (60 minutes each)
• Three (3) virtual consultations (60 minutes each)
• One (1) follow-up email after each consultation

Vendor Support

• Referrals in 8 categories, 3 vendors per category, including contact details, availability, and current pricing
• Vendor interview questions template
• Local resource guide (venues, florists, caterers, rentals)
• Participation in up to 4 vendor meetings (virtual or phone, 30 min each)
• Contract review support for vendor agreements
• Assistance with vendor post-event arrangements

Planning Tools & Deliverables

• Detailed event timeline (with 3 revisions)
• Detailed night-before timeline (with 3 revisions)
• Day-of event timeline enforcement support
• One (1) floor plan for the event + one (1) for the reception (3 revisions each)
• Seating chart mock-up (3 revisions)
• Planning checklist

Communication

• With the Client’s event point person: up to 8 hours combined (phone, text, email)
• With vendors: up to 8 hours combined (phone, text, email)

On-Site Coordination

• Night before: up to 5 hours onsite
• Day of Event: up to 8 hours onsite (vendor check-ins, timeline enforcement, overall supervision)

Travel

• 20-mile round-trip radius from Pop Up Pretty’s Nicholasville office is complimentary
• Travel beyond 20 miles is billed at $2.00 per mile

Pricing

• $5,500 for up to 250 guests
• +$250 for every additional 50 guests (or portion thereof)
