Planning & Coordination

Starting at $3,500 for up to 150 guests

Our Premier Experience is for clients who want the highest level of planning and coordination support. From vendor meetings and contract review to floor plans, seating charts, and detailed timelines, we’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure your event is seamless, stress-free, and beautifully executed.

What You’ll Receive:

Planning & Meetings

• Three (3) in-person consultations (60 minutes each)
• Two (2) virtual consultations (60 minutes each)
• One (1) follow-up email after each consultation

Vendor Support

• Vendor referrals in 6 categories, 2 vendors per category, including contact details, availability, and current pricing
• Vendor interview questions template
• Local resource guide (venues, florists, caterers, rentals)
• Participation in up to 2 vendor meetings (virtual or phone, 30 min each)
• Contract review support for vendor agreements
• Assistance with vendor post-event arrangements

Planning Tools & Deliverables

• Detailed event timeline (with 2 revisions)
• Detailed night-before timeline (with 2 revisions)
• Day-of event timeline enforcement support
• One (1) floor plan for the event + one (1) for the reception (2 revisions each)
• Seating chart mock-up (2 revisions)
• Planning checklist

Communication

• With the Client’s event point person: up to 6 hours combined (phone, text, email)
• With vendors: up to 6 hours combined (phone, text, email)

On-Site Coordination

• Night before: up to 4 hours onsite
• Day of Event: up to 6 hours onsite for vendor check-ins, timeline enforcement, and overall supervision

Travel:

• 20-mile round-trip radius from Pop Up Pretty’s Nicholasville office is complimentary
• Travel beyond 20 miles is billed at $2.00 per mile

Pricing:

• $3,500 for up to 150 guests
• +$250 for every additional 50 guests (or portion thereof)
